MY Journey to Make Money Online

Please take note that I am just like anyone in the world who dream to be rich online and yet I have the slightest idea on how to make it work or put everything in place. But.. I know it is not impossible even at this level.. and i will definitely make it even though it might take very long time....... and this blog will exist until then.

- Utk hilangkan tompok2 getah buah-buahan atau pokok, tumbuk sedikit garam. Kemudian campurkan dgn sedikit kapur sirih. Lumur pada bahagian pakaian yg bergetah itu. Biarkan ia selama 5 atau 10 minit. Kemudian jirus dgn air suam & cucilah spt biasa.

- Campur sedikit garam halus pada ubat gigi yg hendak anda gosokkan pada gigi setiap pagi. Gigi akan kelihatan putih berseri. Selain itu, ianya juga dpt menghindarkan dpd penyakit gusi & mulut.

Causes Of Acne

1. Hormones. Hormones is the number one cause of acne which is the production of sex hormones known as androgen that starts at puberty. This perfectly explains why the majority of acne sufferers are adolescents. Hormones is the main player for acne flare-ups during the times of menstruation and pregnancy.

2. Birth Control Pills. Beginning to take or stopping birth control pills may cause acne.

3. When the sebaceous gland gets turned on by androgens, it manufactures additional sebum. In its travel up the follicle toward the surface, the sebum conmingles with dead skin cells and skin bacteria that have been cast from the follicle's lining. This process is absolutely normal, but the presence of more sebum in the follicle raises the probability of clogging to occur, and which then causes acne.

When these hormone levels change the body commands the skins oil glands to expand, and which then secrete extra oil. This chain of "events" causes black heads, white heads, and pimples.

5. Oily or Heavy Make Up. Heavy make-up has the ability to clog pores, while oily make-ups add additional oil; these things only contribute to the problem if oily skin is already present. Cosmetics to avoid are certain moisturizers, pomades, particularly the ones carrying petrolatum, oleic acid, vegetable oils, lanolin, butyl stearate, and lauryl alcohol.

13. Genes. Family members can be acne sufferers. In this case, acne is inherited. For example, cystic acne generally comes from heredity. "

Apabila mahu tidur malam, duduk berlunjur dan rebahkan badan ke tilam tanpa menongkatkan badan dengan tangan. Apabila mahu bangkit dan tidur, lunjurkan kaki dan bangunlah tanpa menongkatkan badan dengan tangan. Cecah ibu jari kaki dengan kedua tangan.

2. Wajah Suci
Apabila bangun pagi, jika membasuh muka, elakkan dari mencucinya menggunakan sebarang alat pencuci atau mengesat muka dengan sebarang pengesat. Biarkan air itu kering sendiri pada muka. Jika mengambil air sembahyang pun, usahlah dikesat air itu, biarkan ia kering sendiri. Ini berfaedah mengekalkan kecantikan asli wanita, dan rnenjadikan muka bercahaya dan segar kerana pelembap asli muka tidak dibuang.

Bancuh sedikit asam jawa bersama air dan sesudu tepong ubi. kacau sehingga ia menjadi larutan pekat. pupurkan kepada muka yang telah dibersihkan. biarkan ia mengering lebih kurang limabelas minit. selepas itu barulah dibilas.

Hilangkan Lebam Di bawah Mata:

sapukan bahagian lebam itu dengan air perahan limau nipis. lakukan beberapa kali.

Menghilangkan Bau Mulut:

Tumbuk lumat sepuluh kuntum bunga cengkeh dan tiga ulas bawang putih. kemudian gosokkan kepada gigi dan berkumur hingga bersih. lakukannya tiga hari sekali.

Merawat Sakit Lecur:

Titiskan cecair spirit ke atas gelembung lecur.

Meredakan Batuk:

Rendamkan gula batu, getah anggur dan kembang semangkuk selama semalaman didalam jag berisi air masak. berikan minuman ini kepada orang yang batuk sekerap mungkin.

Menghaluskan kulit muka:

Didihkan susu segar atau pun susu tepong bercampur air. biarkan ia sejuk lalu disapukan kepada muka. biarkan kering lalu dibasuh dengan air bersih.

Melembutkan Tapak Kaki:

Ambil sedikit hampas kelapa dan campurkan dengan air perahan limau nipis. gosokkan tapak kaki dengan bancuhan itu berulangkali. amalkan sekurang - kurangnya seminggu untuk mendapat hasilnya.

Gigi Putih

Wajah yang cantik akan lebih kelihatan lebih menarik dengan secebis senyuman. Namun yang lebih manis lagi jika senyuman itu turut di iringi dengan gigi yang putih dan sihat. Sebelum kita mengosok gigi dengan menggunakan ubat gigi... gosoklah gigi dengan menggunakan SERBUK PENAIK atau lebih di kenali sebagai SODIUM BIKARBONAT terlebih dahulu.Kumur dan gosoklah gigi dengan ubat gigi seperti biasa. Amalkan petua ini seminggu dua ke tiga kali.

Menghilangkan kesan jerawat

Elakkan Kelemumur

Limau nipis juga ubat kelemumur yg mujarab. Caranya potong limau nipis & tenyeh pada kulit kepala. Biarkan seberapa lama yg mungkin & bilas.

Menghilangkan Bulu Ketiak

ada petua yang tersendiri untuk menghilangkan bulu ketiak daripada tumbuh.Caranya cukup mudah dan bahan-bahannya amat mudah didapati.Apa yang anda perlu cari adalah ibu kunyit dan kapur sireh.Bila ibu kunyit dan sireh telah diperolehi anda dikehendaki mencabut semua bulu ketiak anda.Selepas itu celupkan ibu kunyit ke dalam kapur sireh dan gosoklah pada ketiak anda sehingga rata dalam masa beberapa minit dan kemudian hendaklah dibasuh.Lakukan perkara ini dalam sehari mengikut suka hati anda.Pada gadis yang belum tumbuh bulu bolehlah mencuba cara ini, bagi menghalang bulu ketiak daripada tumbuh.
